Refund policy

You can return your item 30 days from the date you received it.
Any item from AMVital can be returned, and no questions will be asked.
For all returns, the only thing you need to include in your package is the purchased item.

Shipping Fees

You are responsible for all return shipping fees, which are non-refundable. AMVital strongly recommends that you use a trackable method to ship your return.

Restocking Fees

AMVital does not charge restocking fees.

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, AMVital will process your return. Please allow at least 7 days for the process. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your company. AMVital will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
