I was taking these daily for a couple months because I have been having pain in my SI joint and have an autoimmune disorder that causing inflammation, and I really felt like it has been helping at first. After just the first week or two I missed a day and could feel some difference, but after I ran out and didn’t have my replacement bottle in time, I don’t think I’ve noticed significantly that I haven’t had it. They taste and smell great though and they’re easy to swallow for the size, and if you take up to 3 of them (the recommended does) at once they still go down pretty easy… Once I’ve started taking them regularly again for a few weeks I may update this, but as of now I’m not so certain they are doing much but I’ll keep taking them because they taste good and I’m hoping it will help more with the autoimmune disorder.

I’ve been suffering with elbow pain for about 2 months. I was seriously considering getting a cortisone shot. The pain caused me to pause working out my upper body because I like to lift weights.
